Pharmacy Weight Loss Worthing is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Worthing and the surrounding area. All prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical discretion of our registered prescribing pharmacist. Completion of a consultation questionnaire does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
You must provide truthful and complete information during every consultation. Providing false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of your order and could pose serious risks to your health. We retain the right to request additional information or supporting documentation, including GP records, before issuing a prescription.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within our pharmacy and are not transferable to third-party pharmacies.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Your payment covers the cost of the consultation, prescription fee, and medication. If a prescription is not issued following clinical review, a refund will be processed minus any non-refundable consultation fee, as stated at the point of purchase.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are estimated and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays or public holidays.
Medications will be dispatched to the UK delivery address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package. We accept no liability for deliveries delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically reviewed by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and your medication dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Due to the nature of prescription medicines and patient safety regulations, we are unable to accept the return of dispensed medications unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Refunds for faulty or incorrect items will be processed in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
